SHIPPING &RETURNS

Effective Date: January 13, 2026

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchases made at 1 Beauty Supply through https://www.number1beautysupply.com/ (“Site”).


1) Shipping Information
Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

  • During high-volume periods (promotions, holidays, major launches), processing may take longer.
     

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time

  • We ship using major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx or similar services depending on package size and destination).

  • Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
     

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.

  • Promotional/free shipping (if offered) applies only when displayed at checkout and may exclude oversized/heavy items.
     

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
     

Tracking

  • When available, a tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after a label is created.
     

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft. If you believe your package was stolen, contact the carrier and file a report with local authorities if needed.

  • If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with a carrier inquiry. Replacements/refunds may be issued only after the carrier completes its investigation and confirms loss.
     

Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the shipping box (including label)

    • Photos of the damaged item(s)
      We may require these photos to file a claim with the carrier.
       

2) Returns & Exchanges
All Sales Are Final on Certain Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange (unless they arrive damaged/defective):

  • Hair (including wigs, bundles, braiding hair, bulk hair, extensions, etc.)

  • Cosmetics and makeup

  • Skincare products

  • Brushes, combs, beauty tools, and accessories

  • Eyelashes, adhesive/glue products

  • Earrings/body jewelry and personal items

  • Opened or used items of any kind
     

Eligible Returns (If Approved)
If a return is eligible, it must meet all of the following:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Item is in resalable condition (no odor, wear, damage, or tampering)

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or a confirmed damaged/defective item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
     

Exchanges

  • If an exchange is approved, we can exchange for the same item (or an equivalent item if out of stock).

  • Customer is responsible for any price difference and applicable shipping costs.
     

3) Wrong Item, Missing Item, or Defective Item
If you receive the wrong item, a missing item, or a defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos (and/or video if helpful)

If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4) Refunds
Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund timing depends on your bank/payment provider (often 3–10 business days after processing).
     

Partial Refunds / Restocking Fees (If Applicable)

  • If an item is returned not in its original condition, we may deny the return or issue a partial refund.

  • If a restocking fee applies to certain categories, it will be communicated during the return approval process.
     

5) Order Cancellations & Changes

  • If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately after placing it.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
