You know the shopping center off Rhode Island Avenue with the Home Depot and the Giant? We're in that one, at 1201 Brentwood Rd NE. People come in all the time saying they've passed us for years without realizing how much we actually carry. So this is your heads up.

We're big, and we keep the place stocked. That's the main thing to know. If you've been running around Northeast DC trying to find one store that has the braiding hair and the right edge control and the lace front you've been eyeing, you can stop. It's usually all here.

Hair, wigs, and extensions

This is what most people come in for. We keep a deep selection of wigs, human and synthetic, in a range of lengths, colors, and textures, plus lace fronts if you want something you can blend in. For extensions we've got bundles, tracks, closures, and sew-in hair.

A tip: buy this stuff in person if you can. Color looks one way on your phone and another way in real life, and holding two bundles next to each other beats guessing every time. If you're set on a specific length or color, call ahead before you drive over — the popular ones go quick.

Braiding hair

People come to the Brentwood store specifically for braiding hair. Pre-stretched, kanekalon, the colors that sell out everywhere else — we try to stay deep on what people actually ask for, plus everything else you need for a clean install. Grab it all in one trip instead of three.

Skin and makeup

We've put a lot into the skincare and cosmetics side lately. Cleansers, moisturizers, and treatments for different skin types and tones, foundation and powder, lashes, nail stuff. Enough that you can do a real beauty run here and not have to stop at CVS on the way home.

Finding us

We're right off Rhode Island Ave NE, so we're an easy stop whether you're coming from Brentwood, Edgewood, Eckington, Woodridge, Brookland, or NoMa. Taking Metro? We're a short walk from the Rhode Island Ave–Brentwood station on the Red Line. And since we share the lot with Giant and Home Depot, parking is never the headache it is in some parts of the city.
